Plans, billing, and everything in between.
An AI credit is one unit of Dictiva’s AI features — comprehension decomposition, taxonomy analysis, glossary suggestions, semantic search, and more. Each action consumes one or more credits depending on complexity. Community gets 50 credits/month; paid plans scale up to 50,000+. Unused credits do not roll over.
Yes. Switch plans at any time from Settings › Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing — you only pay the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you keep full access until then.
Your data remains intact for 90 days after cancellation. Reactivate your subscription during that window and pick up exactly where you left off — all statements, assemblies, and glossary terms are preserved. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted per our privacy policy.
Yes. Registered non-profits and accredited educational institutions receive 50% off any paid plan. Contact us at hello@dictiva.com with proof of status to apply.
No. There are no setup fees, implementation fees, onboarding charges, or hidden costs. You pay the listed price — that’s it. We publish every price because we believe governance software pricing should be transparent.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice with net-30 terms.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you’re unsatisfied within the first 30 days of a paid plan, contact us at hello@dictiva.com and we’ll work with you to make it right.
API keys are rate-limited per minute: Community gets 5 requests/minute, Professional 20, Business 100, and Enterprise 500. Rate limit headers are included in every response so your integrations can self-throttle. If you exceed the limit, you’ll receive a 429 response with a Retry-After header.
